The City of Muskegon Heights is in the process of replacing lead water service lines.  If you live in the following areas, we need you to contact us immediately.
Peck, Sanford and Jefferson Streets North of Hovey, and 6th, 7th and 9th Streets between Barney and Keating
Please contact the Muskegon Heights Utility Billing Department at 231-733-8885 or SWT Excavating at 269-372-1908.

There is no immediate health risk, but the city is required to replace these lines.  All work will be performed at no cost to the resident.

Is there a normal DPW schedule to maintain common area cleaning?

I read that Broadway Project will take 12-18 months. When will the Broadway Project start?

Process and procedures are for game tight . When you do not uphold them you are making wiggle room for bs

The scope of work in the contract should answer the background check question.

All my friends in the heights been spending thousand on their suspensions

They do not want to incur the costs of thr background checks.

You should not ask personal questions, but should be related to the experience and skills.

Is there any kind of fill that the road commission could supply that citizens could just grab at the dumpster day just for the foot of peoples driveways or some public event?

If you own them than you could go off grid for some of your lighting and hook up solar fixtures

There is nothing to approve if you spend the funds first and then bring it to the council. What can you do then? This is backward practice!

Meet a Muskegon Heights Firefighter!!!

Connor Brecker comes from a long line of family members in the fire service, healthcare, and law enforcement. Connor joined the fire service at 17 as a Cadet with Montcalm Township Fire Dept. In April of 2022 Connor accepted a position at Muskegon Heights Fire Dept. In Connor’s spare time he enjoys playing with his dog, spending time with his friends & family, and fishing.
