Welcome to the official webpage of the “City of Friendly People.”
Our city is one of the oldest communities located in the southwest quadrant of Muskegon County, just a 10 minute drive from the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan. Our close-knit community is the proud home of just over 10,000 residents as well as national and internationally recognized businesses. Once a manufacturing community, we are excited about the possibility for re-development and growth. I hope that as you navigate through our website you are able to find useful information and resources. The City of Muskegon Heights is a full service community, come and visit with the friendly staff at City Hall.
