The City of Muskegon Heights will be conducting a “Beach Parking Pass Lottery”. Please fill the form out below to be considered for entry.

All entries to the Beach Parking Pass lottery will occur via the City of Muskegon Heights website.
The lottery drawing will be conducted on May 17th by City Staff.
Rules:
- One entry per household
- Must be resident of the City of Muskegon Heights
- Not transferable
- Must apply each year
