The City of Muskegon Heights now offers the community an opportunity to pay utility bills (water & sewer) and current property tax bills online using a credit/debit card or e-check.(The City is working to make payment for additional items available, in the near future.)
For Water & Sewer Billings:
$2.95 per transaction for a credit/debit card (up to $400.00 transaction)
$1.95 per transaction for an electronic check payment
For Summer & Winter Property Taxes:
2.75% fee for a credit/debit card transaction ($1.95 minimum fee)
$1.95 fee for an electronic check payment
- Stop receiving a monthly utility bill in the mail by signing up for paperless billing. When given the option, please choose to “register your account online” to receive your bills via email.

NOTE: The City of Muskegon Heights does not use taxpayer revenue to pay for an individual’s choice to use this service but requires the individual to pay for their option to use this service.
