The City of Muskegon Heights seeks a qualified consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive analysis of water supply and service delivery alternatives.  The City invites interested firms with experience in assessing the operation, management, and finances of public utilities to submit a written proposal.

The City of Muskegon Heights is undertaking a program to update all real property for fiscal year 2025 pursuant to the General Laws of the state of Michigan. Acting through its board the City of Muskegon Heights is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform the services described herein.
