Notice is hereby given to the public of the availability of the 41st Year Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER). This report is a summary of the work performed under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Community Development Block Grant Program during the program year 7/1/15-6/30/16.  The City will accept public comment regarding its CAPER from August 16, 2016 – September 16, 2016. The report is available for review via the City’s website at cityofmuskegonheights.org or the City of Muskegon Heights, Department of Planning and Community Development, 2724 Peck Street, Muskegon Heights, MI 49444 from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM.  A public hearing will be held in the City’s Council Chambers on September 12, 2016 at 5:30 PM. Comments and/or questions received in written format shall be included as part of the official record.
