2024 Property Tax Foreclosed Property Bid Proposal Package
The City of Muskegon Heights is currently accepting sealed bids for the purchase of 2023 and
2024 Property Tax Foreclosed Property.
A list of the properties is included in this package
Sealed Bid Acceptance: From Tuesday, August 13, 2024 9:00 a.m. through Monday,
September 16, 2024 at 12 noon.
Bid Opening: Bids will be opened on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, 10:30 a.m.
Bids submitted prior to the sealed bid period will not be accepted.
All bids must be sealed and submitted to the Muskegon Heights City Clerkâs Office.
All bid forms must be completely filled out
