- RECEIPT OF BIDS
Sealed bids for the above project will be received by the City of Muskegon Heights of 2724 Peck Street, Muskegon Heights, Michigan until:
2:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, March 4, 2025
at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
- MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING
A bidders information meeting will be held at the Muskegon Heights City Hall 2724 Peck Street on February 18, 2025 at 2 p.m. Attendance at the bidders information meeting is mandatory for all General Contractors wishing to submit a bid on the project. Minutes of the bidders information meeting will be forwarded to all plan holders as an addendum.
- SCOPE OF PROJECT
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following:
- 2,660 ft. of road reconstruction
- 1,800 ft. of 12-inch storm sewer
- 3,595 ft. of 4-inch to 12-inch water main
- 36 lead water service line replacements
- Miscellaneous Sanitary Sewer Improvements
Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration.
