The City of Muskegon Heights, Department of Planning and Community Development will accept sealed bids from qualified contractors for work which may be funded in full or in part through Muskegon County Senior Millage, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and/or other funding sources.
Because this project may involve federal funds, contractors and subcontractors must comply, where applicable, with HUD contract provisions 24 CFR part 85.36(i), the Davis-Bacon Act, Nondiscrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in this notice, which is a part of the contract bid document and will be further noted in the contractual agreement, upon award(s). Bid packets may be picked up between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the offices of the Planning Department, Muskegon Heights City Hall; 2724 Peck Street; Muskegon Heights, MI 49444.
Sealed bids will be accepted at the office of the City Clerk, also located at the address referenced above until Friday, October 11, 2019 no later than 4:30 p.m.
