CDBG Regional Five Year Consolidated Plan Survey:
Is being compiled to prepare a 5 Year-Regional Consolidated Plan for the cities of Muskegon, Muskegon Heights, and Norton Shores. Each city receives an annual allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD). CDBG funds are intended to be used to create viable communities for residents/families in which we serve. The information gathered will be used as a guide in determining the best use of funds as the questions are geared towards prioritizing population needs, projects and services for low-mod income families. “Watch Us Go” in Muskegon County as we endeavor to strategically make a difference.
